Harbour Tour Description
You can tour Prince Rupert’s bustling harbour in a comfortable, enclosed motor vessel with large viewing windows and outside deck space.
Your skippers’ will take you along the shoreline past busy floats and explain the types of boats and water-based commerce that takes place inside the harbour.
You will see a shipyard, float houses, fishing vessels, a variety of workboats, and the bustling Seal Cove sea plane base.
The Tour then proceeds on to Venn Passage where you will be able to see evidence of ancient Tsimshian First Nation village sites.
Wildlife sightings may include harbour seals, blue herons, sea gulls, cormorants, diving ducks, as well as eagles.
Tours will be offered May through September.
Our vessel has a large aft and forward deck for viewing and every seat inside the babin has a great view.
