Early Salmon Report

Some of the early salmon reports out of Washington and California are looking really great for the 2010 Chinook salmon season. Although these fish are actually hitting rivers thousands of kilometers south of here, they do swim by our region on their journey south.

Reports like this, combined with the high number of jack springs from last season and the fantastic winter chinook fishing, has everyone excited about the coming summer.

I know I can't wait to start fishing these truly awesome fish!
