Customer Feedback

“I am equally impressed with the professional and efficient manner in which you were able to maneuver the boat, clear the lines and prep the boat to in order to land this massive fish. I didn‘t even realize the work that you were doing for my benefit until we had the fish netted and in the boat. To me, that is the best advertising for your business! Showing me how well you do your job speaks louder than anyone telling me how well they can do their job. Blackfeather Charters really knows their stuff.”

Change

This past week, I was lucky enough to be hired as the Deputy Fire Chief for Prince Rupert. This is a great opportunity for me and my family, and will mean a few changes to our fishing season.

Right now, it looks like we will be running charters for the end of June, through July - to catch the peak of the spring run for 2010. We have also been talking with another charter operator who may skipper the boat for us on the other days. Either way, the Blackfeather will be on the water doing what we do best - having a great time and playing fish.

I will send out an email to everyone that requested our availability for 2010 very shortly, and start taking bookings then.

Here's another great bit of info for this season. This year's spring run traditionally has big bodied chinook. Last year was a strong year for numbers, but the size was just average. This summer should see some real hogs being netted.
